We built ChatSell after seeing WooCommerce stores forced to choose between generic chat widgets that don’t understand their catalog and expensive support tools built for much larger teams. We wanted something simpler: connect your store, sync products and policies, and let shoppers ask for what they need in plain English. As we built it, the product evolved from “AI chat” into a fuller experience with hybrid product search, support answers, and live-agent handoff, because merchants told us they needed all three in one flow.
