I dont know if we need another bot added to the e commerce experience or not, but from my view, i hate talking to chat bots, the use cases shown here are very ideal, usually people have already searched for their desired product through google, social media and word of mouth and are on the site to make the purchase, and most other options are already shown or quicker to find than typing for a bot. but it has the word AI so 3 out 5
