We realized most chatbots weren't solving that problem. They relied on rigid scripts or generic AI responses that didn't truly represent the business. So we built Chatly differently. Chatly learns directly from a business's website and knowledge base, giving visitors accurate, business-specific answers. It captures leads, allows a human to step into the conversation when needed, and even provides a unique chat link and QR code so businesses can start conversations from business cards, social media, emails, or anywhere else—even without a website.
