Been using Charlie since the beginning and it's continually improved. Great basic info to have before meeting with someone. Even more useful is getting all their social & news links in one place so I don't have to search for them manually.
Wow this is pretty great. Basically what I do manually before meetings anyway. nnMy concern is I don't always have people's emails and info in my calendar invites. nnDoes it just email me the info before a meeting? Any way I can just search for someone manually?

Yep, on your Charlie dashboard ( ) you can get research on anyone even if they aren't in your calendar!
very cool. Used it for the first time this morning. Definitely helpful. Only thing that was odd was the news it pulled in. I looked at my own profile and it pulled in news from like, 5 years ago, about things I'm not longer involved in. Other than that, everything was relevant and helpful. Thanks for building this. Oh one other thing is it keeps saying "You've looked at 2/5 pages" or something and it tells me to create an account, but I'm already logged into my account. It's a little confusing, what does that mean?
What are the key differentiators to Refresh? I use refresh and love it, but happy to try Charlie if there are some extra goodies that will make my life easier.

Just got my first briefing. Very useful!
This could be killer for the PR industry. Need to be able to add in more specific/custom info for context and compare social graphs against two external parties, but this could save a mid-sized agency thousands of dollars in billable hours every year by eliminating research for clients ahead of meetings.

Late to the game, but this is incredible. Instantly one of my favorite work/productivity apps. Most apps don't live up to the hype/pitch/potential, but very impressed.

Awesome product! Why not connecting LinkedIn and also remind some more information about how you're connected to the person you're meeting? Such as when you connected, shared contacts, recent LI posts, etc.
