Charlie - The budget app for spending more on what makes you happy

Love the idea and design...however the app isn't available yet nor is there a mailing list to sign-up for on the homepage.

How do you get to almost 100 upvotes without a link to download your app?

I love the philosophy behind this app from Paul English. I've long tried to use this approach: it's ok to spend money on things that actually make you happy (new Hudson jeans) but save on money for things that don't make you that happy (takeout dinner). Having it formalized in an app is a wonderful idea.

Great concept! I imagine this will open up a new and revelatory perspective on personal budgeting for many. @englishpaulm Did you consider a conversational UX for Charlie (all the rage), and if so what led you to favor a Tinder-esque UX? @maiab Thanks for sharing!
