Chalk - Every hard topic, drawn on a board and told as a story

by•
Remember the teacher who drew it on the board and it finally clicked? chalk is that, for 550+ lessons. Boards: every idea as one hand-drawn sketch. Lessons: short stories. A chai stall explains load balancing. Videos: 200+ narrated explainers. Labs: move a dial, watch it break. Review: questions come back before you forget. System design, DSA, AI, finance, game theory and more. First three lessons of every track free.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Garv. I always understood things better when someone drew them out on a board and let me poke at them, so I made chalk around that idea. Every topic is a sketch-style board with a short lesson around it. Many have a lab where you change one number (cache size, queue load, replica lag) and watch what breaks. Some ask you to choose first: what does your app do when a payment times out but the charge already went through? You pick, then you see what it costs. There are narrated videos too, and a review deck that brings questions back before you forget them. Tracks cover system design, DSA, AI, databases, networking, finance and a few more. The first three lessons of every track are free, no account needed. The rest is a yearly or lifetime plan, and LAUNCH50 takes 50% off until 25 October. I used AI tools to help build it and I review everything before it goes up. I'd love your honest feedback, especially on what feels confusing on the first page you land on. I'm here all day to answer.
