I built CGHeven.com because I’ve always wanted a truly free and high-quality resource for VFX and 3D assets — something I needed but couldn’t find. Existing platforms lock assets behind paywalls, limit usage, or require attribution. CGHeven is different: it’s 100% free, CC0 licensed, and built for creators, filmmakers, and studios who need production-ready assets without friction. Every asset — from VFX flipbooks and fog VDBs realistic to stylized — is crafted and uploaded by me. What I’m most proud of is launching this solo, uploading new content daily, and committing to making it the largest open VFX & 3D library on the internet.
