Cervox.io - The cognitive twin that runs your business

Cervox.io is the brain that coordinates your company. It plugs into the tools you already use — CRM, accounting, email, calendar — understands how your business actually works, then runs and anticipates. Unlike generic AI assistants, CERVOX builds a cognitive twin of your company: it simulates the causes and effects of a decision before you make it. Risk detection, business automations, ready-to-use deliverables. No tool migration. No AI project manager. Made for SMEs.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Jean-Christophe, founder of CERVOX. Before this, I lived the real problem: an SME's knowledge lives in fifteen tools and three people's heads, and nobody sees the whole picture. Not the CRM. Not the accountant. Not even the founder. So we built the missing layer. CERVOX connects to your existing stack and builds a cognitive twin of your company — a live model of how your business actually operates. Then it does three things generic AI can't: 🧠 UNDERSTANDS — no prompting, no setup docs. It reads your tools and infers your operations. ⚙️ RUNS — ~270 automations across 7 business families, triggered by what's actually happening. 🔮 ANTICIPATES — a causal simulation engine. Ask "what happens if this client pays 45 days late?" and get an answer grounded in your real data, not a guess. We're all ready having more than +1000 companies using it What we'd love feedback on: – Does "cognitive twin" land, or is it jargon? We've gone back and forth. – For those running SMEs: which tool would you connect first? I'll be here all day. Ask me anything — including the hard stuff.

The cognitive twin idea is genuinely interesting. One thing I'd love to see is a way to manually correct or teach Cervox when its understanding of how my company works drifts, like a simple feedback loop where I can confirm or correct its model after a simulation. Right now I'm not sure how it learns from being wrong.

honestly this sounds really promising for small businesses like ours, the cognitive twin concept is genuinely interesting. one thing i'd love to see is a way to share simulation results with my accountant or co-founder in a simple read-only link, basically so they can review a projected decision without needing their own login or full setup. would make collaboration way smoother.

honestly the cognitive twin idea is really interesting but a big thing missing for me would be some kind of shared workspace or commenting layer, like so my ops manager and i can actually discuss what cervox is flagging or proposing before we act on it. right now it kind of feels like the insights go to one person
