The cognitive twin idea is genuinely interesting. One thing I'd love to see is a way to manually correct or teach Cervox when its understanding of how my company works drifts, like a simple feedback loop where I can confirm or correct its model after a simulation. Right now I'm not sure how it learns from being wrong.

honestly the cognitive twin idea is really interesting but a big thing missing for me would be some kind of shared workspace or commenting layer, like so my ops manager and i can actually discuss what cervox is flagging or proposing before we act on it. right now it kind of feels like the insights go to one person
