What would you actually hand off to an AI employee first?

We're launching on July 29. CellCog lets you hire AI employees for any role you can describe in a prompt — they get an inbox, task board, memory, and work in shifts. Our own company is using 8 of them. Before launch day I'd love a sanity check from this community: if you could hire one AI employee tomorrow, what role would you trust it with first — and what would make you NOT trust it? Honest skepticism especially welcome; we'd rather hear it now than in the launch comments.
