Turn around time on hiring is a huge hinderance for any company. Automating the process as much as possible (including feedback!!!) improves the ability to get the right candidates hired. It’s very solid conceptually I will say the mobile browser experience is rough right now on iPhone may want to just sniff and send mobile to an email reg and remind people at desktop.
