Hi Product Hunt! We’ve all been there: you sign up for an AWS free tier or a 14-day SaaS trial, enter your credit card, and completely forget about it. A few months ago, a forgotten service tried to charge an empty card of mine. The transaction declined, and my bank hit me with a ridiculous penalty fee. That was the moment I realized I had absolutely zero clue how many random websites actually had my credit card info on file. I looked for a solution, but every subscription tracker out there required me to link my actual bank account. I didn't want a heavy budgeting app scraping my financial data just to tell me I pay for Netflix. I just wanted a simple, private way to map out where my cards were exposed. So, I built Catch Charge. It’s a minimal, privacy-first web app (installable as a PWA) designed to do one thing perfectly: track your card exposure and kill the "free-tier trap." I built this to scratch my own itch, but I know this community spins up free tiers and tests new software constantly. I hope Catch Charge can save you from a few surprise charges (and bank fees)!
