What would make you scan your second receipt? Honest question for curious folks.

Getting the first scan is the easy part — curiosity does that.

The hard part is scan #2, #5, #20. That's where real value compounds: the price index gets denser, your spending patterns get clearer, the AI assistant gets smarter about your habits.

What would actually make you come back?

  • A notification when a product you bought recently is now cheaper somewhere nearby?

  • A weekly "you could have saved $X this week" summary?

  • A comparison feature for a specific store you're deciding whether to switch to?

  • Something else entirely?

Genuine question — building the retention layer now and want to get it right before I guess wrong.
