The hard part is scan #2, #5, #20. That's where real value compounds: the price index gets denser, your spending patterns get clearer, the AI assistant gets smarter about your habits.
What would actually make you come back?
A notification when a product you bought recently is now cheaper somewhere nearby?
A weekly "you could have saved $X this week" summary?
A comparison feature for a specific store you're deciding whether to switch to?
Something else entirely?
