How does CareerLift's Job Fit Scoring handle niche or non-traditional roles?

Curious how the Job Fit Scoring feature performs for career switchers or roles outside standard job titles (e.g. hybrid positions, freelance/contract work, or emerging job categories). Does the AI adapt well to less "template-like" resumes, or is it tuned mainly for conventional corporate roles? Would love to hear from the CareerLift team or anyone who's tried it on a non-standard job search.
