CareerBoard is not only for solo job seekers

by

I started CareerBoard as a product for people looking for jobs.

But the more I worked on it, the more I realized that the same problem also exists for people who help others find jobs.

Career coaches, mentors, bootcamps, universities, recruiting agencies, outplacement teams, and communities often repeat the same work many times: review a candidate’s profile, check which roles might fit, help improve the resume, prepare for interviews, and keep track of progress.

For one person, this is already a lot to manage.

For someone helping dozens of people, it becomes a real workflow problem.

CareerBoard is meant to make that workflow easier. A candidate can use it to manage their own job search, while a coach or organization can use it to support more people with more context, less copy-paste, and fewer disconnected tools.

This direction is especially interesting to me because it makes the product useful not only for individual job seekers, but also for people and teams working with job search at a larger scale.
