by•
CareClarity is a compliance support platform for Ofsted-regulated children's residential homes in England. It provides seven AI-powered tools that help registered managers and responsible individuals review and improve the quality of care documentation.
The platform is aligned to the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the Social Care Common Inspection Framework (SCCIF) April 2026, and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2026. Document content is not stored.

A real time saver for managers buried in paperwork. One idea: add a built-in action plan template that auto-populates from any flagged gaps in a review, so it’s ready to drop straight into supervision or RI oversight meetings. Would make the jump from "spotting the issue" to "documenting the fix" almost seamless.
@sgumushisa32325 Thanks Sefa, that's a sharp idea. An action plan that auto-populates from flagged gaps and drops straight into supervision or RI oversight notes is exactly the kind of workflow close we're thinking about. Adding it to the roadmap.
Tested the document review tool on one of our short-notice inspection reports and it picked up gaps I had missed. Really useful for managers who don't have time to cross-check everything line by line.
@berk9j38 Glad it was useful on the inspection report — that's exactly the use case it was built for. Thanks for trying it.
Tried it on a sample care plan and it flagged gaps I genuinely missed, with clear references back to the regs. The fact that nothing is stored locally makes it feel much safer to use with real documents.
@emircankkksggd The data point lands with every manager we speak to. Nothing leaves the browser. Thanks for giving it a go.
