Children's residential care has one of the most complex regulatory frameworks in social care — nine Quality Standards, Regulation 44 monthly visits, Regulation 45 six-monthly reviews, SCCIF inspections, Working Together 2026 — and most registered managers are navigating it with generic Word templates and no structured feedback on their documentation. We built CareClarity because the gap between what the regulations require and what most homes can practically evidence is enormous. Kayleigh, our Head of Sector Knowledge, has direct experience of that gap from inside children's residential care. Every tool we've built is grounded in what inspectors actually look for — not what the guidance says they look for. The result is seven AI tools that review the documents your team is already writing — care plans, daily logs, supervision records, Reg 45 reports, safeguarding concerns — and give instant, structured feedback mapped to the SCCIF and Quality Standards. We're live, GDPR compliant, and built specifically for England's Ofsted-regulated children's homes. Happy to answer any questions.

A real time saver for managers buried in paperwork. One idea: add a built-in action plan template that auto-populates from any flagged gaps in a review, so it’s ready to drop straight into supervision or RI oversight meetings. Would make the jump from "spotting the issue" to "documenting the fix" almost seamless.

Tested the document review tool on one of our short-notice inspection reports and it picked up gaps I had missed. Really useful for managers who don't have time to cross-check everything line by line.

Tried it on a sample care plan and it flagged gaps I genuinely missed, with clear references back to the regs. The fact that nothing is stored locally makes it feel much safer to use with real documents.
