We built Cardpool after seeing how messy business card collection becomes when multiple sales reps attend the same event. The issue wasn’t scanning a card, plenty of tools already do that. The real problem was getting an entire team to consistently capture, organize, and hand over their leads without chasing people after the event. So we made the workflow as simple as possible: reps just send photos of cards through a link, email, or WhatsApp. No app to install and no new process to learn. Cardpool handles the extraction and organization in the background, while the event manager gets one clean view of the leads, analytics, and CRM-ready exports.
