I built CapDrain out of a personal frustration — my calendar was packed, and I started wondering how much time (and money) we were quietly burning in meetings. That led me to experiment with tracking the cost of meetings — not just in time, but in real dollars. CapDrain is the result: a lightweight iOS app that calculates and shows the real-time cost of meetings based on duration, participant count, and average hourly rates.
