Congrats on the launch! Super interesting functionality. Do I need to use all of these features together, or can I enable just the ones I want to use? When finding feedback in chats, how accurate is your AI at detecting it accurately?

Thanks Andrew! Feature Discovery, Comment Summaries, and Smart Replies are all independent features and you can use whichever you like. Feedback discovery is pretty darn accurate. We set an internal benchmark goal of 99% accuracy, and we hit that. We've been running a beta test with some of our users for several months and they're also seeing strong results.
