It's been a wild ride building CanIPhish but here's the story! šŸ’” CanIBeSpoofed v0: April 2020, while working with some customers who suffered from a security breach I created a free tool to identify email infrastructure vulnerabilities. šŸ’” CanIPhish v0.1: November 2020, while working my day job I had to demonstrate how a phishing attack could lead to an entire business being compromised. During this demonstration I came to realise that every phishing simulation platform on the market operates under a legacy business model with no self-service options and an excessively high barrier to entry. Accordingly I came to the realisation that the market for phishing simulation software was in dire need of a shakeup. CanIBeSpoofed rebranded to CanIPhish and development of the platform was underway. šŸ’” CanIPhish v1: July 2021, after 8 months of development CanIPhish had achieved a minimum viable product (MVP) and was ready to begin onboarding its first customers. These first few months were rife with feature requests and bug fixes. šŸ’” CanIPhish v2: April 2022, after a further 9 months of development we're re-launching! We've tuned our pricing structure, addressed bugs, enhanced functionality and are now ready to contend with the best the market has to offer!
