Hi, guys. Although it is pure b2b product, I decided that we should show it to the public. The use case is pretty simple. While calls to the enterprise contact center are treated with full attention, the rest of the customer calls - when we call directly to the extension - are not monitored at all. It's hard to call through to managers, and there are no ability to leave a call back. We solve this problem by introducing a simple piece of software. It integrates via CTI with PBX, collects all call information in real-time and provides simple IVR and callback features. All the settings is done by users via web interface.
