As a mold inspector in North County San Diego I work with a lot of renters who are in difficult situations with their landlords. They often have no idea what the law actually requires or what options they have. California tenant law on mold is actually quite strong — but only if you know it exists. I built this as a free reference tool and interactive walkthrough so renters can understand exactly where they stand before making any decisions.
