We all felt alone some day, right?

When you were ill, what did you want someone close to you to know without having to say it out loud?

Cairn came from one version of that: you might not want your sister reading your journal, but you do want her to know when you've had a bad week. So sharing is six separate switches, and flipping one off removes it from her screen immediately, without telling her you did.

I'd like to know where that model breaks. If you've been a patient or a carer: was there something you wanted shared automatically, or something you'd never hand over no matter how ill you were?

Cairn — a companion for cancer treatment - A companion for cancer treatment, and the person beside you

Cairn keeps the ordinary things between cancer appointments — mood, reminders, calendar, a private journal — and lets the patient choose, switch by switch, what the person beside them can see. Plus a companion for 3AM, with limits it never crosses.
