Honestly love that the messages get nuked from the server right after being read, not just hidden behind a link. The whole flow feels stripped down to exactly what you need without any extra fluff getting in the way.

The one-time view and expiration timer right in the share flow feels really well thought out, makes the whole experience feel intentional instead of bolted on.

love the self-destruct idea, been waiting for something like this. one thing that would push it over the edge for me is letting me pick whether the recipient actually saw the message, like a read receipt plus a screenshot attempt alert if the recipient tried to capture it. would make it usable for sending actual secrets to clients instead of just notes to my own team.
