love the self-destruct idea, been waiting for something like this. one thing that would push it over the edge for me is letting me pick whether the recipient actually saw the message, like a read receipt plus a screenshot attempt alert if the recipient tried to capture it. would make it usable for sending actual secrets to clients instead of just notes to my own team.
Finally tried BurnMsg for sharing an API key with a coworker and the self-destruct timer actually gave me peace of mind I did not know I needed. The whole thing felt fast and zero friction, no account required.
Really clean setup, sent a test message and it actually wiped after the timer hit zero. The no-account-required angle is a nice touch for quick password shares.

tried it out and sent myself a test password - the self-destruct timer feels really clean, and i like that there's no signup wall blocking the way. would be nice to see a burn-now button for extra paranoid moments.
