A few years ago I was the first BDR at a small agency. No coaching. No enablement. Just a laptop and “go sell.” I had to figure sales out alone. No feedback loop. No shared learnings. Since then I’ve seen the same pattern everywhere: reps focused on surviving quota, not improving together. That’s broken. Sales should be a team sport, a battalion. If you're as a founder leading sales you're self, give your future rep the best chance to succeed.
