Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Suren, the founder of Budget Vials. Thanks for checking out the launch today. The idea for this app started with a frustration I kept running into: budgeting apps often end up feeling like spreadsheets. Rows, numbers, and complex tables. It works, but it’s not very intuitive, and after a while I noticed I would simply stop tracking my budget. I started wondering: what if budgeting was more visual? Instead of categories buried in lists, I imagined money living in small containers you could actually see. Almost like physical jars, but in a digital form. That’s where the idea of “vials” came from — small visual accounts where each part of your budget lives. At first it was just a small experiment. I built a simple prototype to see if visual budgeting could feel more natural. Over time the concept evolved into Budget Vials: a mobile app where you organize your money into visual accounts, track spending, and build consistent budgeting habits. My goal with this project is simple: make budgeting feel less like accounting and more like something people actually want to open every day. I’m launching it today to get honest feedback from the Product Hunt community. I’d love to hear: • What do you think about visual budgeting? • Does the vial concept make sense to you? • What features would you want next? Thanks for taking a look and supporting indie makers! 🚀
