I have personally been brokering loans for over 20 years. In all that time, I was never able to find a good Hard Money Lender Search platform, because there isn't a good one. They exist, but they match deal requests to lenders that don't even handle that deal type, or state, or size, etc. Even if you were to get lucky enough to find a good match that never meant it was the BEST match and then even the contact info was behind lock and key. I wanted to solve ALL OF THAT, so I set out to learn how to program. Fast forward 3 years and Broker Cheetah was birthed in code. Fast forward another 3 years and it exists AND works. Data matched lender results based on the deal itself. Then I thought, why not build in quotes and submissions, scripts for new brokers...heck, why not tell conventional MLOs they don't have to broker loans only to be paid pennies when they could be making dollars....heck, why not open it up to investors directly, so now it does all of that. Soon, it will place commercial deals too.
