Hi everyone 👋
I’m Irakli, the solo builder behind Briefing Fox.
Over the past year I spent a lot of time experimenting with AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. One thing kept bothering me: people say AI is powerful, but in practice many of us still struggle to make it actually useful for real work.
At first I thought the problem was prompting. But after watching how people use AI (and using it myself), I realized something else.
Most of the time we start with very vague goals.
We type something like:
“Create a strategy”,
“Help me with marketing”,
“Plan this project”.
But in reality those tasks require context, constraints, priorities, and clear objectives. Humans need that kind of briefing to do good work — and AI does too.
That’s the idea behind Briefing Fox.
Instead of chatting with AI right away, the tool helps you clarify your goal first. It asks a few focused questions and turns your idea into a structured brief that AI can actually execute.
It works especially well for more complex things like:
• business ideas
• marketing strategies
• research projects
• planning and decision making
I built the entire thing myself and I’m still improving it based on feedback from people using it.
If you try it, I’d genuinely love to hear:
what you used it for
where the briefing process could be better
what features would make it more useful
Thanks for checking it out 🙏
