1 year ago I couldn't make the switch from Pipedrive because the product wasn't mature enough but a few weeks ago I made the switch and I believe that it's better than any CRM in the market if you are a small business owner and your customers are on Linkedin. I can manage my outbound, my ongoing deals, and even my client's onboarding. Bonus : The UX is really good.

I haven't personally tried it yet, but after watching some YouTube videos on Breakcold, I'm quite intrigued. I've shared it with my team to consider as a potential tool for us. A unique take on the sales CRM, it's designed for social selling, and it does it really well. Filter out all the updates from the randoms you've connected to over the years and only see social updates from the people that matter right now. Send them messages from within the app, track sales progress via pipelines and easily add people to the platform via the Chrome extension. The team have been regularly rolling out great updates and they provide good resources on how to approach social selling.
