Awesome concept!! Ditto to everyone else - I'm constantly referring people in and out of jobs, so this is a cool way to consolidate. Hopefully you can leverage this network-driven approach to support underrepresented groups as well! I know the "network" is often inaccessible to underrepresented groups in tech, and this might democratize access.

For example: you know C++, you recommend someone for C++ position, and this recommendation would have more weight in the eyes of a recruiter or a hiring manager.
