I noticed mine dropping from constant short-form content, making it harder to stay focused and easier to procrastinate.

Yeah honestly, same here. I didn’t even realize how bad it got until I couldn’t sit and focus for more than a few minutes without reaching for my phone.
I’ve been trying to be more intentional with my breaks instead of just scrolling, and it actually helps a bit. Still a work in progress though, it’s surprisingly hard to fix.
