I used this product for a week before adding it to the "electronics to recycle" bin. The earbuds simply do not block enough sound to be effective. I live in a loud apartment and I certainly cannot sleep well with this Bose product.
Pros:The earbuds are comfortable to wear for a long time.
Cons:This product is several times less effective that wearing earplugs.
Like I stated, this product is expensive and does not even slightly help.

Cons:They donor work to help sleep. My drug store brand do 100% better job of quieting sounds.
