Thanks to the creators of bootstrap for your framework. I have been using it in my work for many years, which greatly simplifies the layout for me. I wish the framework further development and prosperity!

The stable version of the world’s most popular front-end, open source toolkit is finally out. The release was officially released in this blog post: https://blog.getbootstrap.com/20... The stable version of Bootstrap 5 was released on 5.05 - probably not a coincidence. The switch to plain JS instead of jQuery was the move that the web developers community was waiting for and now that Bootstrap 5 is ready to use in production environments I hope that the industry will swiftly follow by migrating the projects to the new superior version. Congrats to the Bootstrap team for delivering such a great contribution to the Open Source community for free - despite the obstacles of the recent year πŸ‘

@filip_kappa so should we expect v6 to be released on 06/06/2022?
Filip Kapusta
@jeremy_tadd Probably more like 2024 judging from the pace of previous releases - but I actually wouldn't be surprised if Bootstrap team will keep this new tradition going and release the 6th version on 06/06

Finally 😍 Dropping jQuery and IE11 support is huge! And I love the shift to the utility-first approach ❀️ Not to mention RTL support, dark theme, new components, and new utilities API. Great job! It looks like The Return of the King πŸš€

@bfszymanski More like "The Empire strikes back" since it was the episode 5 of the star wars saga ;) That means that we have one more version that will be amazing, and then another three that will be trash :P

Right to left support is a gamechanger - finally a framework that is both widely used and accessible for Arabic & Hebrew users.
