boomation - A Notion-like home for your private bookmarks

by
boomation turns scattered bookmarks into organized workspaces and pages, with table, board, and card views that feel familiar to Notion users. Save websites from your browser bookmarks or open tabs, then organize them with categories, tags, notes, favorites, search, and drag-and-drop ordering. Your content stays on your device or syncs directly to your own Google Drive. The boomation backend never receives or stores your bookmark content, so your data remains private and under your control.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I built boomation after realizing that browser bookmarks are great for saving links, but not for turning them into a useful and organized knowledge system. boomation gives your bookmarks a Notion-like structure with workspaces and pages, flexible table, board, and card views, plus categories, tags, notes, favorites, search, and drag-and-drop organization. You can also save websites directly from your existing bookmarks or currently open tabs. Privacy shaped the product from the beginning. Your bookmark content stays locally in the extension or syncs directly to your own Google Drive. The boomation backend handles only membership, plan, subscription, and Drive authorization state. It never receives or stores your workspaces, bookmarks, tags, notes, or Google Drive file metadata. I’m launching boomation to learn how people organize the links they want to keep. I’d love your feedback: which view do you prefer—table, board, or cards—and what would make boomation fit your workflow better? Thanks for checking it out!
