Hey! I'm Adi, the founder of BodyKind.
Body image issues affect roughly 1 in 2 people - and yet almost no app is actually built for it. Most mental health apps treat it as a checkbox.
Quick question before I go further: how many times today did you think something negative about your body? Getting dressed. Seeing a photo. Scrolling Instagram. Most people don't even clock how constant that voice is.
I've struggled with body image for as long as I can remember. When I started talking about it openly, I realized how universal it was - and how underserved in the tech space. So I built BodyKind. 🤍
It's a daily practice of noticing your inner dialogue and softening it over time - through personalized affirmations and guided journaling prompts. I've been using it myself and noticed a genuine shift in how my inner critic shows up. I hope it does the same for others.
Would love your honest take - and if you know anyone who's quietly struggled with this, I'd be grateful if you shared it with them.
