I kept written records of my workouts for years, and was tired of flipping through them to see the weight and reps and used last workout and any notes about difficulty etc.
What started out to be a simple mobile app of the written records grew to include numerous features my workout partner and i found helpful. My mechanical engineering background equipped me to apply mathematics to calculate weights and reps based around one rep max.

Looks good and detailed. Beginners might not take into consideration all those details, but they will sure do after a few months, haha
