Hey Product Hunt, I’m the maker of Body Coach. I built this because most nutrition apps feel like you’re tracking alone. You log meals, count calories, and try to stay consistent, but there’s very little real accountability or support. I wanted to create something that feels closer to a real coaching relationship. With Body Coach, users can log meals, have an ongoing conversation with their coach, and get feedback that feels personal, practical, and easy to act on. While building it, I realized that sustainable health habits don’t come from data alone. People are much more likely to stay consistent when they feel guided, checked in on, and supported over time. That shifted the product from being just another tracking app into a coaching experience designed to feel more human. The goal was to make nutrition tracking feel less lonely and much more manageable for users, while helping coaches stay closely connected to their clients’ daily habits.
