I built Beacon after running my other app (a bike fit tool) through every SEO checklist - perfect Lighthouse scores - then asking ChatGPT about the category and it wasn't there. Lighthouse tells you the house is in great shape. It can't tell you whether anyone in the neighborhood knows it exists. That gap is what Beacon measures.
