Hey PH, Pascal here, I built BaziGrid.
The honest origin: I've been interested in Bazi (Four Pillars of Destiny) for years, but every tool I tried felt like a fortune cookie. Vague personality summaries, mystical framing, outputs that sorted you into one of a dozen types. Nothing that could tell me anything I couldn't have guessed myself.
Bazi is actually a deterministic system. Given a birth date, time, and location, there is a specific chart. The interactions follow classical rules developed over ten centuries. It produces over one million unique configurations. That specificity felt like something worth computing properly.
So I built the engine first: a full computational pipeline with True Solar Time correction, natal chart generation from birth coordinates, and AI-synthesised analysis grounded in the chart data rather than generic archetypes. Then I built the product around it. The Bazi Summary is free and takes 90 seconds. The Master Grid is a full 12-zone analysis for a one-time purchase. The Daily Signal gives you day-level timing intelligence on a subscription.
The hardest part has been positioning. The moment you say "Chinese astrology," half the room checks out. The reframe I've landed on: pattern recognition, not prediction. BaziGrid maps structural conditions, not outcomes. That distinction matters, and I'm still figuring out how to communicate it clearly.
I'd genuinely love your feedback on three things: does the output feel specific enough, does the clinical framing resonate or alienate, and is the free-to-paid progression clear?
Thanks for being here.
