Subscribe to any Basedash dashboard or chart and get a fresh snapshot delivered on a schedule—straight to your inbox or a Slack channel. Pick the cadence (every Monday at 9am, daily, monthly on the 1st), choose who receives it, and each delivery arrives with up-to-date charts and a link back to the live dashboard. No exporting, no screenshotting, no remembering to share. The Monday metrics email your team wants, without anyone building it. Your dashboards, delivered on schedule.

Hey everyone, Max here from Basedash. Today we're launching Basedash Subscriptions: subscribe to any dashboard or chart and it gets delivered to your inbox or a Slack channel on a schedule you pick. Every team has a reporting ritual—the Monday metrics review, the Friday pipeline check, the first-of-the-month board pack. And someone always has to remember to open the dashboard, screenshot it, and post it. Now you set it once. Pick a dashboard, choose "every Monday at 9:00 AM", point it at #metrics or a set of teammates, and Basedash sends a fresh snapshot of every chart with a link back to the live version. Schedules run from daily to quarterly, you can stack multiple subscriptions on one dashboard, and pausing takes one switch. We've been running Basedash on this ourselves: our Monday revenue review and daily KPI digest now just show up in Slack before standup. Nobody has manually posted a dashboard screenshot since. Subscriptions are live today for all Basedash users. PH community gets an extra week on the trial this week. Happy to answer anything.

Keep up the good work Basedash team!

The "someone has to remember to screenshot it" line is exactly how our Monday numbers happen right now, someone opens the dashboard, screenshots it, pastes it in Slack. Does the schedule respect each recipient's own timezone, or is a subscription fixed to whichever timezone it was created in?

exactly the problem we’re trying to solve! The creator gets to set the time in their timezone, then it sends to Slack or email.

Per-recipient timezone, good, that's the detail that actually decides whether this replaces the manual screenshot ritual or just moves it to whoever owns the schedule.
