Badge is the new age proof of work backed by anoymous reviews collected by AI agents
As a hiring manager, I couldn't trust resumes. My team wasted so much time on screening calls, only to find the candidates weren't a match. There was no real proof-of-work, and with AI now writing resumes, the noise is just getting worse.
As a candidate, it was just as frustrating. My past work didn't help me get better roles; it felt like I was starting over every single time because my performance signals were buried in old company HR tools that no one could see.
Badge is proof-of-work backed by anonymous peer reviews. Our AI agents collect your work reviews from the people you’ve actually worked with and turn it into a clear, verified proof-of-work. Unlike LinkedIn recommendations, which are usually just performative favors, Badge reviews are anonymous—so you get the honest truth.
Here is how Badge helps:
For Recruiters: Stop guessing based on a CV. Search a candidate’s LinkedIn, email, or phone number to see their actual aggregate performance.
For Professionals: Your reputation shouldn't be trapped in a single company's HR portal. Our AI agent collects high-signal feedback from your peers to build a portable, 360-degree professional profile. Just give your first review, and our agent will help you gather feedback from your colleagues. You can then put your Badge QR on your resume or LinkedIn to show your real credibility.
The Tech: To prevent abuse, we run real-time sentiment analysis on every review. Agent asks you various questions on the skill and character to generate a review for you. This makes giving review easier. Work email authentication helps in ensuring reviews are not fake.

@lokesh_motwani1 I think the idea of making professional reputation portable is compelling . My biggest takeaway is that work history should reflect how people actually collaborate, not just where they've worked.

@layla_foster I agree with you. It should be what they have worked on, How they have worked on and the proof of work should tell how did they perform in the job
This problem is getting more important as resumes become easier to polish with AI. Proof of work needs to move closer to actual collaboration signals: who worked with you, what kind of work happened, and whether the feedback came from a meaningful project context. If Badge can make those signals transparent without exposing private details, it could become a much stronger hiring signal than a traditional profile.

@rahulbhavsar I agree with you Rahul and that's why the proof of work (signal) should move closer to where the work is happening. The goal is to give a lot of context to the hiring managers. We have intentionally put agents to collect the proof of work signal from people who have worked with you
