Ten short missions, most 5 to 8 minutes, each ending with something you keep: you start from one real situation, understand your pattern, build your own limits and apply them. No registration until your starting point is ready, no judgement, no lectures. It is self-help, not treatment. In English, Swedish, Danish and German. 18+.

We wanted something in between: a short, private programme for people who still gamble but feel it is taking more time or money than they planned. B4GAMBLE starts from one real situation you share. From there, each of the ten missions takes a few minutes and leaves you with something concrete: a clearer picture of your pattern, limits you set yourself, and a way to apply them when it matters. It is free, there is no registration until your starting point is ready, and it works in English, Swedish, Danish and German.
