👋 Hi there! I’m Hanh, marketer of B2Bridge - an All-In-One B2B Ecommerce Solution built to help Shopify merchants sell wholesale as easily as retail. Most B2B platforms feel heavy and complicated. Buyers expect a B2C-smooth experience, but they often get friction - too many steps, confusing prices, slow workflows. So we built a Shopify app that lets you: - Approve/reject the request for the B2B registration form, so only verified businesses can access the wholesale pricing. - Set custom wholesale pricing - unit prices, fixed prices, volume discounts, or multiple price lists. - Build a B2B catalog where products and prices are assigned according to individual B2B clients’ accounts. - Lock access to prices or content behind login, passcodes - applied at product, collection, or even full-store level. - Help B2B merchants place orders on behalf of their customers. - Let B2B clients buy now - pay later after their purchase in 30 days, 60 days, 90 days... (Net 30, Net 60, Net 90) 💡 All designed to let dealers handle B2B ordering and reordering on their own - no sales agent needed. We’re launching here today because we’d love your feedback. Whether you run a Shopify store, work with wholesale clients, or are just curious about the space - your thoughts will help shape our roadmap. Thanks for checking us out - I’ll be here all day to answer questions, swap stories about wholesale headaches, and maybe share a few behind-the-scenes lessons from building B2Bridge. @lianna_vuu This looks great, Hanh

I remember seeing the coming soon teaser for B2Bridge and noticed some early adopters on that teaser. Could you share a testimonial or story from one of them? I’d love to hear how they’re using the app so far

@hamy Thanks so much for asking, Ha My! 🙌

Yes, we’ve had a few early adopters testing B2Bridge, and their feedback has been really encouraging. For example, one of our customers is Midan Ventes in Canada, a wholesale electronics company. They needed a way to lock their Shopify store so only verified retailers could see wholesale pricing, while also supporting bilingual (English/French) buyers.

With B2Bridge, they now use custom registration + approval flows and customer groups with tailored price lists. Once approved, their retailers can log in and shop self-service, without back-and-forth emails.

You can see more details about Midan's testimonial in https://b2bridge.io/customers/midan/

@lianna_vuu that's fantastic

Talking to Shopify merchants daily, I’ve seen how frustrating it can be to manage different price lists, bulk orders, and dealer relationships. That’s why I’m proud we built B2Bridge to simplify all of that. It’s not just a tool - it’s about helping merchants scale B2B sales without extra hassle.

If you’re exploring B2B, I’d love to chat about how you’re handling it now.

Hi, I'm Son 👋

As a developer on the B2Bridge team, one of the biggest challenges we faced was ensuring the app works seamlessly for merchants without requiring Shopify Plus. Our goal was to design something that feels as effortless as a B2C store for buyers, while still being powerful enough to manage the unique complexities of B2B things like tiered pricing, customer groups, and custom quoting workflows all running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’ve worked hard to keep the setup simple for merchants, so they can focus on selling instead of struggling with technical barriers. I’m really excited to hear what the community thinks, and I’d be more than happy to dive into the technical details or share insights about the challenges we solved along the way 🚀.

Tri Pham

I’m Tri, co-founder and tech lead of B2Bridge.

This journey started when I kept hearing the same frustrations from Shopify merchants trying to run B2B. We saw too many Shopify merchants struggling with complicated B2B setups. Our mission is simple: make B2B commerce as easy as B2C, more cost-effective than Shopify Plus, and no hidden fees.

My priority was to keep the architecture lightweight but flexible. For example:

  1. Gated login & B2B portal → we built this natively so dealers log in with a B2B registration form and immediately see their personalized catalog.

  2. Custom pricing → instead of messy spreadsheets, merchants can set price rules directly in the app, and buyers just see the right price instantly.

  3. Self-service ordering & reordering → we designed it to feel like shopping in a normal online store, no sales agent required.

We’re shipping new features every month, based on direct merchant feedback. My long-term vision is to make B2B on Shopify as simple as installing a theme - fast to set up, easy to scale, and affordable for any merchant.

I’m super excited (and nervous 😅) to launch today and hear what you think.

If you’re a Shopify merchant, please tell me: what’s your biggest struggle with B2B right now? That’s exactly what we want to solve next.

@tri_pham_le_minh Love this, Tri! I'm excited to see how your product grows, and I’ll definitely be following you to catch the upcoming new features

Viet Nguyen

Hi, I'm Viet

I’m behind B2Bridge's all product decisions. My role is all about listening to our merchants, understanding their workflows, and turning those insights into product improvements. Over the past months, I’ve spent a lot of time talking with Shopify store owners who were struggling with B2B - things like messy spreadsheets for wholesale orders, confusing catalogs, or being told they need Shopify Plus just to unlock basic features.

What excites me most about B2Bridge is that we’re solving these problems without forcing merchants to upgrade to Plus or juggle multiple apps. Every month, we release updates that are directly shaped by feedback. For example, the gated login page and custom pricing features were both prioritized because our early users said those were blockers for their wholesale growth.

We’re a small but determined team, and this launch is just the beginning. If you’re running B2B on Shopify, I’d love to hear your feedback - what’s working, what’s not, and what you wish existed. Your ideas will literally help decide our next release.
