Guess that it's a quite decent application. Now it can't compete with Wix, Godaddy, Mobirise but I do really like its potential.

Don't go with this company. They will sell you on 'AI' technology and in-house designers who charge hourly and deliver total garbage. Their designers basically change colors around in pre-existing templates - I could've done this in 20 minutes. Yet they wasted 4.5 'design' hours and hundreds of dollars on a generic looking website that would've made my company look totally unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, I was told it's 'company policy' NOT to give refunds, which is a smart policy to have when operating a bad service. Customer service requires you schedule 30 minutes vs. just call/email when you really need them. Scam. Do yourself a favor, go to 99designs and get WAY better results.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. A complete scam. Their 'design team' is a joke but their support is worse. I requested another designer because mine showed no interest or ability to help me and they never contacted me again. The only way to cancel your account is to send them a message and they don't respond. I'm now in the process of reporting this garbage company to the BBB and having my credit card company refund my subscription. Horrible, an absolute joke of a company.

My review is a bit different than most, in that I never successfully launched a website with B-12. Due to some unique circumstances-- some attributable to my complete lack of experience, and some attributable to all I wanted on the website-- I needed to go elsewhere to launch my website. What really impressed me, though, is that once B-12 saw the problem, they were very kind and gracious in assisting me to get the help I needed. I much appreciate their professional and personal response.

In business, first impressions are the only impressions which matter! First impressions greatly influence how a prospective client will view your business. In a mere few seconds a visit to your website can either leave a favorable impression of your firm or move your firm to the bottom of the list. Since joining B12 over one year ago, I honestly and truthfully can say that I now have a very professionally and appealing website which always lacked with other website developers in the past. I do not have deep pockets or a huge advertising budget. I am a small accounting firm owner in Los Angeles, so the competition for new business development can be tough. Some would even go as far to suggest it is impossible to compete with some of the larger accounting firm’s which have larger advertising budgets and can spend more when designing and developing a professional website. As a business owner, I must wear many hats but I know my own limitations. My specialty is accounting not website development. There comes a time when you realize you cannot do it all yourself. I have used many website developers over the last several years and I just never had that “wow” factor or the feeling of a strong impression with my website when created by other developers. If I wanted that “wow” factor I was offered the next higher up tier level. That next tier level was out of my already tight budget and was no guarantee it would be any better than the website I already had. I then heard about this AI website developer known as B12. I then did my due diligence. I reviewed some sample B12 websites and my first impression was that of a “wow” factor. Of course, I had to see for myself if the same could be achieved for my personal business needs. I provided some information about my firm to B12 and within a very short period of time, I had a new website for my firm which went way above and beyond my expectations. And, this was just their first run! It was at that time I decided to transfer my website services to B12. It has been one of the best business decisions I have made for my firm. Now after one year, I have received many compliments and positive feedback regarding the first impression and very professional look and feel my firm’s website has. For me, B12 has leveled the playing field and has allowed me to compete for new business and continue my business growth. That is the goal of every small business owner.

The web site looks great and the guy that help me was wonderful. Do not like was told when signed up they will help me promote business and get new clients that is why went with them and have not got any new clients yet.

Besides turning out a website that I’m proud of and thrilled with, B12 provided my company with simple and organized step-by-step tools to create EXACTLY what was envisioned. As someone who is creative but not artistic or high-tech, Grace and the staff @ B12 were very patient and tolerant of my constant ideas and iterations of what I believed I wanted. Can’t forget to mention, the service is VERY reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend B12 highly enough. What a great experience!
