For me it’s distribution and partnership outreach.

Every day I have to:
• monitor new x402, MCP, and AI agent ecosystems
• decide which opportunities are worth pursuing
• identify the right people to contact
• personalize outreach across LinkedIn, X, email, and communities
• track who responded, follow up at the right time, and avoid duplicate outreach
• measure which channels actually drive users versus just impressions

The hardest part isn’t connecting the tools, it’s maintaining context and judgment across dozens of conversations while knowing when the agent should act versus ask for approval. Current automation tools are good at individual steps but not at owning the end-to-end workflow.
