What would you want to see in a 3-minute product demo?

We're finalizing the launch video for July 9. 3 minutes to show what Avery does + why it matters.

I've watched a LOT of product demos this year. The ones I remember weren't the polished ones. They were the ones where someone actually built something in front of me, real-time, with real friction.

That's what we're going for. But I want to make sure we show what actually matters to the people who'd use this.

If you're evaluating an AI agent platform, what's the ONE thing you'd want to see in a 3-minute demo?

→ Speed of building an agent?
→ Reliability / audit trail?
→ Integration with a specific tool?
→ Cost breakdown?
→ How it handles errors?
→ Something else?
