AVE 1.2.0 is now live.

The new Transcript panel turns spoken words into an editing surface. Transcribe locally on your Mac, select a passage, preview it, then split, delete with gap closing, or create a new sequence from the selection. AVE can also surface filler words and long pauses for review, and generate captions that stay aligned as the timeline changes.

The editor itself is still the source of truth: every result lands on a real, editable timeline, and the original media stays untouched.

Manual projects and watermark-free export remain free. Pro now has a seven-day trial with no card or automatic billing, then costs $9.99/month or $99 lifetime.

AVE 1.2.0 requires macOS 14 or later and Apple Silicon.
