Does this desk support 220 voltage? Ex., if I plug the desk in right now with a power source with 220 voltage would it burn the motor?

@quanhua92 No worry, the motor will be fine. When shipping out, we have the power box that replaces the US version and a different plug for each country.

How much weight can Autonomous SmartDesk support? I have two iMac, 27”. Will they be ok?

@jolie73842350 hi the SmartDesk has 2 frame options: Home Edition and Business Edition. The Home Edition can lift up to 220lbs while the Business Edition can handle up to 300lbs. So your iMacs will be ok with either of the frame. But if you want to make sure that your SmartDesk can handle heavy-duty weight, please go with the Business Edition Frame.

I will be hesitant to order from this company. I ordered my desk in August, and still haven't received my desk yet. When you write their customer support, they say it will be shipped and that's about it. It is really frustrating. They once sent me a tracking number without even sending the item to FedEx. I had to call FedEx and contact Autonomous again that order didn't even go through. I am still waiting for $500 desk I paid for MONTHS ago that is still not here. I ran out of patience. Perhaps, their desk is smart—but their operations, customer support, and shipping is beyond someone I would ever want to do business with.
