Assista AI V2 is Live!

We’re back with our V2 launch! Since our last launch, many things have happened. We’ve grown the team, completely refactored the app, and made it more powerful and versatile than ever. A huge thanks to our amazing partners for supporting us along the way.

What to expect from this launch:

🤖 AI Agent

You can replace your ChatGPT subscription and use our AI chat. But this isn’t just about chatting—Assista takes the context of your conversations and turns it into actions. Examples: - Have a thread to craft a marketing strategy and send it directly to Gmail or save it in a Notion Page. - Craft a list of tasks for your project and update them in Asana, Trello, or Linear. With over 33 app integrations, the use cases are endless.

🔍 Hybrid Knowledge Base

Upload local documents or connect your Google Drive, and our chat will quickly search and retrieve important information for you. We’ve implemented a RAG hybrid technique for very high accuracy. Example use case: 1. Search for: “Go-To-Market strategy of Assista AI.” 2. Send email: Forward the strategy to sequoia@investor.com.

📝 AI Notetaker Assistant

The classic AI notetaker, but with a twist. We summarize meetings, extract key insights, and create actionable follow-ups. Example use case: Your colleague says, “Paul, send an email to Alex about the Stripe integration progress.” By the end of the meeting, Assista creates an action: [Send Email] to alex@assista.us: Ask him about the Stripe integration. All you need to do is approve it, and we’ll draft and send the email on your behalf.

🔔 Notifications Center

We bring together notifications from Gmail, Slack, Discord, Notion, and Linear, summarizing them for you in one notification center. Example use case: Received a boring outreach email? Reply with “No” in our dashboard, and Assista will craft a polite response: “Hey MarketingAgency, we’ve reviewed your offer, but it’s not a fit for us at this time. Best regards, Paul.”
