Can we text back and forth with customers?

thank you for your question. Yes, you can text back and forth with customers. Customers have their thread on their regular texting/SMS app, and you (company) get the same thread on your dashboard :)

you can also send SMS marketing with the "broadcast" feature, send a link to a promo code for example, and customers and prospects can answer right away
